Now that sellers are having wonderful success with selling their homes here in Hutchinson, MN., everyone is learning the meaning of patience.  It seems that all the mortgage companies and lenders have down sized their staffs to the point that now they cannot process the files in a timely manner.  Many of the closings are being delayed by a week or two or more.  Unfortunatley there is nothing that anyone is able to do to speed up the process.  So, we all need to take a deep breath and wait!  (The good news is that the closings are actually happening,  just maybe not when we had hoped.)
