Interest rates continue to be favorable and there is a good supply of well priced homes for sale. So, if you are thinking about buying a home and haven’t owned one during the past three years, don’t wait! Now is the time to buy!

Sales Are Up
Posted on July 20th, 2009 No commentsAccording the the Regional Multiple Listing Service, home sales are up 16.6% over last year for the same period (the week of 7/12 – 7/18.) This is great news. The year to date comparisons show that in Hutchinson, MN our sales for the first six months of 2009 were considerably less than the same time period in 2008. The same report also states that it appears that buyer advantage over sellers is waning in lower price ranges. So, maybe our housing market is beginning to take a different turn. Remember that what fuels housing prices is similar to other things: supply and demand.
