Open Houses Do Work

Buyers do actually buy homes that they see at open houses here in Hutchinson, MN! We have had this happen a number of times, and just this week, once again, we had a home sell to someone who went through the open house. Open houses are a great way for buyers to see and compare homes that are for sale. Sellers get the advantage of more people seeing the inside of their home through open houses, and the more visibility they get, the more likely their home will sell in a timely manner.
